Ranking System for Bags
SA - As good as new, showing no flaws or signs of use (mint or excellent condition).
A - Nearly new, with minor and hardly noticeable flaws that can typically be addressed with bag SPA treatment.
AB - In good condition, displaying minor but negligible signs of use (such as watermarks, soft handles, or slight scratches).
Returns & Refunds policy
1. What is your refund policy?
You have 72 hours from the time you receive the bag to check its condition and confirm your satisfaction. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within this timeframe.
2. How do I request a refund?
If you find an issue with the bag, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. Include your order details and a description of the issue.
3. Are there any conditions for refunds?
Refunds are only eligible if you notify us within the 72-hour period and provide valid reasons for the request. Additionally, we must receive the bag back in order to process the full refund.
4. What happens if I miss the 72-hour window?
Unfortunately, if you do not request a refund within 72 hours, we cannot process a refund for your purchase.
5. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your refund request is approved and we receive the bag, we will process the refund within a few business days. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment method.

Returning Goods
You are accountable for the cost and risk associated with returning the items to us. Please send the items to the address that will be provided during the refund process.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without an actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
